Manufacturing Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and implement best practices throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Analyze field quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Develop Action Plans based on PDCA to improve field claims KPI (EPPM: External Parts Per Million).
• Work closely with the Supplier Development team to evaluate and select suppliers based on quality performance.
