Job Description
This position operates under a 4x3 work schedule, meaning employees work four days per week with three days off.This arrangement supports operational needs while also providing extended personal time and work-life balance.RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests of components.
- Analyze and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and testing.
- Review product designs, specifications, and production methods to ensure quality standards are integrated from the beginning.
- Work with engineering and production teams to optimize production methods and quality standards.
