**A Snapshot of Your Day**As Service Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Queretaro Service Center operations and would be the local lead for the Field Service team in alignment with Regional FS Management.
**How You'll Make an Impact**- Create and execute strategies to meet business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide hands-on leadership to ensure operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement at both Queretaro Service Center and the local Field Service team.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, project management, quality, etc. to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Be responsible for the training and development of QSC & local FS teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement- Track and oversee QSC KPIs such as on-time delivery, utilization, and absorption.
