Manufacturing & Process Excellence Leader

Eaton Corporation in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead and develop manufacturing processes while ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, managing production schedules, and collaborating with various teams for seamless product launches.

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is preferred.
