Manufacturing Leader

As a Manufacturing Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing the manufacturing team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement, cost reduction initiatives, and process excellence while supporting new product introduction and sustaining existing manufacturing processes. Your leadership will directly impact productivity, quality, cost competitiveness, and operational stability within the plant.

• Lead and coordinate the manufacturing team to execute critical activities related to production, maintenance, quality, EHS, and training.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies to increase productivity, reduce waste, and mitigate quality risks.
• Ensure manufacturing team participation in PMO, Passport, and PCR activities for the evaluation of new products, concepts, designs, prototypes, and testing.
