Manufacturing HR Generalist Role

As an HR Generalist, you will focus on performance management, onboarding, and handling employee grievances. The role requires you to mentor local teams on HR practices while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws. You will also assist in payroll, benefits administration, and support improvements in HR processes.
