Manufacturing HR Generalist: Onboarding & Relations

Back Office De Chihuahua is seeking a well-rounded Human Resources Generalist to support our new manufacturing plant in Chihuahua City. The role focuses on enhancing employee relations, managing HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 5 years in a generalist HR role, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in English and knowledge of HRIS systems are also required.
