Job Description
Join a forward-thinking industrial manufacturing company as a Human Resources Generalist on a full-time, one-year contract. This role encompasses critical HR functions like employee relations, legislative compliance, and HR administration.
You will be responsible for supporting both management and employees in a unionized setting, assisting with direct applications of the Ontario Employment Standards Act. Your involvement in employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, and HR documentation will ensure smooth operations within the organization. Partner with operations to strengthen HR practices across the board.
