Manufacturing Engineer Welding

We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer Welding to join our operations team in Mexicali.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes focused on welding operations while ensuring the highest standards in safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Develop, improve, and support welding manufacturing processes
• Create and update SOPs, Engineering Guidance, Work Instructions, and technical documentation
• Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, Mini Kaizens, and Kaizen Events
