- Definition of Processes and preventive and corrective maintenance methods for progressive carbide dies.
- Definition of preventive maintenance of the machinery and/or equipment assigned to your department.
- Definition of the inventory levels of spare parts for dies and consumables of the machinery used for the maintenance of the dies, in the Tool Crib.
- Selection of equipment used in the process, suppliers for the acquisition of process equipment.
- Selection of suppliers for the manufacture of steel and carbide spare parts for carbide progressive dies.
- Definition of the safety characteristics required by the process.
- Creation and modification of work instructions, check‑lists for preventive and corrective maintenance of progressive carbide dies.
- Acceptance of Compliant and Non‑Compliant products.
- Definition of gags and measuring equipment required in the process.
