Manufacturing Engineer

Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a well-established manufacturer of highly precision machined components in their search for a Manufacturing Engineer to join its Engineering team. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes that support both new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing production. The Manufacturing Engineer plays a central role in bridging engineering, quality, and operations, ensuring that manufacturing data, documentation, and processes are aligned and optimized for performance, quality, and scalability.
