Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who will combine advanced manufacturing knowledge with a deep understanding of the Tetra Pak product portfolio to drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. You will act as the technical interface between Production and Engineering, identifying complex manufacturing challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and implementing improved work methodologies in close collaboration with production operators. This is an individual contributor role with a strong hands‑on and problem‑solving focus.

The position is based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico State, Mexico. You may be required to travel 10% of your time regionally or globally. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, Business Streams, and Market Operations, particularly for pre‑fabricated modules.
