On behalf of Home Hardware, Prime Management Group Inc. is recruiting an experienced and strategic Manufacturing and Distribution Manager for the BeautiTone Paint and Home Products operation located in Burford, Ontario. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this highly visible leadership role oversees manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations supporting Home Hardware locations across Canada. This role is a critical operational leadership position within the organization and is ideal for an authentic and collaborative manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment, values continuous improvement, and can effectively balance operational accountability with strong people leadership.
