Manufacturing Account Coordinator

Our client in the flexible packaging industry is hiring a Manufacturing Account Coordinator in Richmond, BC.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Manufacturing Account Coordinator acts as a liaison between Sales and internal and external customers. While working together with the Account Managers and the manufacturing team, the Account Coordinator ensures that all orders are booked, produced, and delivered to the customers' expectations every time.

Customer Relationship responsibilities

• Communicate with Sales and Customers through telephone, email and customer visits.
• Coordinate order entry (product specs, purchase order#, quantity, price, delivery dates, packaging instructions) accurately and in a timely manner
• Confirm orders to customers
• Perform secondary review of other CSR's orders/pricing
• Provide customers with up-to-date inventory reports
