Manual Tester

Role: Manual Tester (4–6 Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled manual tester with 4–6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in release regression, validation, and new feature testing , with a sharp focus on quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical characteristics of systems and applications
• Evaluate code against project requirements and specifications
• Define QA strategies and organize phased testing cycles
• Identify, track, and report defects to development teams
• Create comprehensive test plans for new and existing functionalities
• Support debugging and issue resolution processes
• Review and interpret system specifications
• Collaborate with QA engineers to design effective testing approaches
• Execute test cases and validate outputs
• Document and communicate technical issues clearly
