1. Role Overview
The ERP Consultant Intern (Mandarin Speaker) supports ERP implementation projects while acting as a communication bridge between local teams and Chinese-speaking clients or stakeholders. This role combines business analysis, system support, and bilingual coordination.
2. Key Responsibilities
a. Business & Requirement Analysis
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients (Mandarin & English/Indonesian)
- Translate business requirements between Mandarin and local teams
- Support gap analysis between current processes and ERP solutions
b. System Implementation Support
- Assist in configuring ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)
