Terminal City Glass Co‑op (TCGC) is a member‑driven cooperative arts organization dedicated to supporting glass artists through education, studio access, community programming, and creative collaboration. We are seeking a skilled, community‑minded Managing Director to lead the organization’s operations, financial management, strategic growth, and day‑to‑day administration.

The Managing Director works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, committees, instructors, and members to ensure the long‑term sustainability and success of the co‑op while supporting TCGC’s collaborative values and vibrant arts community.
