Client Relationship Management: Responsible for driving business growth via Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) by establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with IFA firms/advisors under broker company. Regular visits and communications to understand business needs and provide timely professional support and solutions.
Business Development and Support: Responsible for promoting sales and marketing of company products through IFA channels, assisting in the formulation and implementation of market expansion plans, and continuously tracking policy underwriting status to improve performance and market share.
