Overview

General Summary

Manages and implements the BU operations activities and objectives to ensure the achievement of goals.

Focuses for short-term goals on-time delivery, inventory control and lead time working with manufacturing locations, demand planning and procurement peers.

Supports Global Operations long-term goal implementation, resource planning and coordinates the implementation of operations projects.

Collaborate with New Product Introduction technical team to guarantee early orders management and delivery commitment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages the operations functions concurrent with:
  • business growth and revenue targets
  • lead time achievement and customer orders escalation path
  • introduction of new products in collaboration with division’s NPI technical team
  • meeting divisional goals in relation to quality, inventory, profit improvement plans (Pips)...
