What is the opportunity?
 As Manager, T&O Leadership Programs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our management development program effectively equips and enables T&O people managers with the foundational skills and knowledge necessary to lead and inspire their teams. This role will be responsible for leading key activities including the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of talent development programs in RBC Technology & Operations. You will collaborate effectively with partner teams and key stakeholders across T&O and RBC Enterprise to design impactful learning experiences and ensure seamless program execution to deliver an enhanced employee experience.What will you do?
