Responsibilities

  • Co‑coordinate administrative services.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
  • Hire and train staff or arrange for their training.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Manage events.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Supervise office, volunteer and other staff.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.

Qualifications

  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma in Business administration and management, general, or equivalent experience.
