Role Summary
This role is responsible for managing the Service Delivery Planning team, which provides pre‑sales support to the Sales and Solutions Engineering across all Verticals, for complex Managed and Professional Services. The Service Delivery Planning interfaces with commercial teams worldwide to establish Service Implementation Plans in the pre‑sales phase, and successfully transition opportunities into implementation. The value provided to the business includes the optimization of individual customer opportunities, with winning technical solutions, credible schedules and budgets, and alignment of internal and external resources, leveraging a cost‑effective and scalable service portfolio.
