Manager, Sales Commissions
Job Description
As the Manager, Sales Commissions, you will own the end‑to‑end commissions process and strategy, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with GTM and company‑wide objectives. You will deliver timely and compliant payouts, drive process improvements, and produce strategic insights that inform incentive design and sales performance. Partnering closely with senior leadership across GTM, RevOps, P&C, and Finance, you will ensure commissions programs support both growth and accountability. You will also lead, coach, and scale a team of analysts to elevate the rigor, automation, and impact of our commissions engine.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the execution and evolution of our sales compensation engine, working cross‑functionally to drive operational excellence and provide strategic guidance on compensation programs that drive performance and retention.
