Manager - Real Estate Technology, Analytics and CI
Lead the delivery of technology solutions and continuous improvement initiatives within the Real Estate organization, ensuring efficient, transparent, and data‑driven processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Real Estate leadership to support delivery of the capital portfolio through system and process solutions including network strategy, construction and lease administration.
- Support portfolio governance and reporting through system enhancements, data integrity, and process improvements.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and transparency across Real Estate teams.
- Lead, develop, and performance‑manage the Process Improvement, Real Estate Project Operations and Solution Support team, fostering engagement and continuous learning.
