Manager, Proposals

We are currently seeking a Manager, Proposals to join our Marketing team, working out of our Kitchener office.

As the Manager, Proposals , you will provide leadership and support to the proposals team on a variety of business development assignments, ranging from highly strategic proposals to smaller proposals and qualification statements. This position leads the development and delivery of high-quality proposals, qualification packages, and presentation materials in support of strategic pursuits within an engineering consulting environment.

This position leads and manages the proposal team, ensuring proposal compliance, strengthening win strategies, developing compelling non-technical content, and upholding MTE standards.
