Manager, Property Accounting

We’re supporting our client, a Toronto-based real estate investment and property management platform, in their search for a Manager, Property Accounting who can take ownership of accounting and reporting across a multi-property portfolio.

In this role, you will oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting, review financial results, partner with property managers and internal stakeholders, and help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of portfolio-level financial information. This is a strong fit for someone who brings real estate accounting experience, understands the pace of a multi-asset environment, and is ready to step into a visible role with ownership, complexity, and room to grow.
