Market Research and Product Proposition
- Closely monitor updates and changes in HK medical insurance market, including but not limited to industry trend, competitor movements, market competitive analysis, market opportunities and threats, specific client segment to identify the potential business opportunity. Analyze and draw conclusions from research undertaken to improve the BUPA's product positioning in the fast -changing market situation.
- Drive target client research to constantly identify gap in Bupa's product to enhance clients' impact.
- Drive product design and innovation according to research result and business needs to help achieving company's business target, focusing on fulfilling medical protection, health services and any legacy needs of clients.
- Proactively manage the product approval process to get relevant stakeholders' buy-in of the product proposition including senior management and all distribution channel teams.<...
