Role Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Portfolio Accounting, this position is responsible for the day-to-day management of portfolio accounting operations and the oversight of a team of entry-level Portfolio Accountants. The focus is on ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of portfolio accounting outputs, while supporting the development, performance, and engagement of the team. This role provides operational leadership, monitors workloads and deliverables, addresses execution issues, and escalates risks as appropriate. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, the Manager reinforces best practices, supports a stable operating environment, and helps ensure client inquiries are supported through accurate outputs and timely follow-up, with activities carried out in line with expectations.
