The P&C Manager is a key leadership role responsible for both the day‑to‑day management of P&C operations and the delivery of strategic people initiatives. This role will work closely with the executive and leadership team to support business objectives, strengthen the employee experience, and ensure consistent, compliant P&C practices across the organization.
