Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Payroll & Benefits to oversee the payroll, benefits, and pension plan while working closely with Human Resources to manage the workers' compensation program and disability program for our hourly, salaried, company drivers and owner operators.
Given the diversity of this role, we are seeking an experienced leader ideally within the transportation industry, with strength and knowledge gained through their NPI certification as a payroll leadership professional, knowledge of Canada Revenue Agency, Canada Labour Code, Workers' Compensation Act and benefits administration.
As a key member of the management team within Shared Services, you must have:
- Leadership experience in overseeing a critical function and a team.
