In this role you will:
Execute and enhance the payments operational resiliency framework, ensuring resiliency principles are consistently embedded across end-to-end payment processes.Assess operational processes and capabilities to identify resiliency gaps and drive improvements in prevention, readiness, and recovery.Support the identification and execution of operational change initiatives that strengthen resiliency and reduce customer, operational, and financial impact during disruptions.Maintain and enhance operational resiliency documentation and artifacts (e.g., process documentation, playbooks, procedures) in alignment with enterprise and regulatory standards.Partner with business, operations, risk, compliance, AML, and incident response teams to integrate resiliency considerations into day-to-day operations and transformation initiatives.Seek a deep understanding of the end...
