Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Pro-actively identify, organize and implement changes positively affecting the efficiency, productivity and risk control of the unit’s operations through:Regular review of operational workflows to identify control requirements or redundancies, best practices, and opportunities for technological efficiencies. Ensuring the department’s standard operating procedures and static data is documented, accessible, reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
