Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Digital Consulting Manager / Senior Manager – PeopleSoft Managed Services, a key delivery leader responsible for driving execution, client value, and operational excellence across a portfolio of higher‑education and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery for PeopleSoft Managed Services clients, ensuring exceptional service quality and client satisfaction.
- Drive day‑to‑day operations across OCI, PeopleSoft, and Oracle Cloud environments, ensuring SLA performance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, effectively managing escalations, supporting renewals, and advancing service roadmaps.
