Job Description

Operations Manager – Upper Canada Mall

The Operations Manager will oversee ongoing maintenance of the electrical and mechanical components as well as all physical aspects of two retail facilities. The role includes providing direction to direct and indirect staff, including supervisors, maintenance staff, and contracted housekeeping, food court, interior and exterior maintenance. It also supports real‑estate management, tenant and capital construction build‑outs, and various Oxford national initiatives, and involves development activities as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual operating budget, monthly accruals, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Manage third‑party contract relationships (e.g., snow removal, landscaping) for satisfactory performance and accurate invoicing.
