Manager on Duty

Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa is seeking a confident, decisive, and service-driven Manager on Duty. This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing resort-wide operations, guest experience, safety, and service recovery across all departments.

About the Role

• Serve as the senior operational authority during assigned shifts (primarily evening shifts)
• Direct cross-department operations across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Golf, and Maintenance
• Lead service recovery conversations and guest escalations
• Ensure safety, security, and operational continuity
• Conduct property walkthroughs to maintain presentation and performance standards
• Support event execution and high-volume resort activity
• Protect revenue integrity and enforce policies and procedures
