Manager On Duty.
A Manager on Duty is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Food and Beverage outlets, Front Desk, and overall hotel operations to deliver an excellent experience to Guests and Members, while monitoring team member standards
**What will I be doing?**
As a Manager On Duty., you are responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Food and Beverage outlets, Front Desk, and the hotel overall in the absence of the Manager. A Manager On Duty will also be required to monitor the appearance and standards of team members. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality
- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
