Job Description
What You Will Do
Learning Approaches: Partner with the Director of Training to define learning approaches that address business needs and opportunities. Initial focus will be on Milwaukee Product Service and Operations needs.
Training Design and Development: Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of comprehensive multi-modal training programs.
Project Management: Ensure that training and development initiatives are tracked and executed in a timely and effective manner.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and U.S.-based counterparts where applicable to align on content and best practices.
