You will provide leadership and technical support to a dedicated learning operations team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills in learning systems. Drawing on your over 3 years of experience in learning technology, you will contribute to a strategic Learning Ecosystem Roadmap while optimizing workflows for efficiency.
