Montana's BBQ and Bar is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Manager Guest Experience for its Beacon Hill location. In this role, you will support operational excellence while guiding your team toward providing exceptional services. You will also be accountable for restaurant financials and implementing measures to develop staff through the Restaurant Leader Certification Program.
