Lead the charge in managing settlement processes in the renewable energy sector. Your expertise will ensure efficient operations and compliance in transaction settlements across North American markets.
You will report to the Director and take charge of a team responsible for the back-office settlements of various contracts. Monitoring market rules and implementing improvements will be vital to your success. Your role will directly impact operational performance and revenue allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the settlement team for electricity markets
• Organize team responsibilities and set goals
• Analyze current procedures for efficiency
• Oversee contract reviews and customer relationships
• Manage compliance with SOx controls and audits
Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in energy settlements
• Degree in Economics or related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in Excel applications
