Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a culture of service excellence and professionalism
• Facilitate feedback collection to enhance client experiences
• Provide empathetic support as an escalation point
• Inspire team pride and enjoyment in their roles
• Conduct coaching sessions based on real interactions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles
• At least 2 years in a leadership position
• Strong background in service management or client relations
