Reporting to the Director of Business Excellence & Product Services, your focus will be on delivering impactful dashboards and performance metrics for Residential Lending Solutions (RLS). Your role is essential in guiding stakeholders towards effective, data-informed strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop actionable dashboards and analytics for RLS • Translate complex business needs into clear reporting solutions • Support the adoption of Power BI as an analytics tool • Define and monitor KPIs and performance standards • Identify opportunities for automating reporting processes
