Job Description
The Manager of Data Integration (Azure ETL/ELT) will lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise data pipelines across both Azure cloud and on-premises environments.
This role combines people leadership, architectural oversight, and platform ownership, with a solid focus on modern Azure-native data integration while supporting legacy SQL-based systems. You will lead a high-performing team of data engineers and be accountable for ETL platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers and ETL developers
- Define and drive the ETL/ELT architecture roadmap, with a strong emphasis on Azure modernization
- Establish engineering standards, code review practices, and delivery excellence
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, and Data Governance teams, while owning ETL design decisions
