Job Description

The manager is accountable for the Clinical Nutrition, Production, and Retail Services for multiple facilities within their assigned Rural network. This includes ensuring the provision of safe, high quality Nutrition and Food Services that supports the vision of the SHA. The incumbent ensures all aspects of the food service operations are compliant with Food Safety and Infection Control guidelines, including the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Program.
