Manager, Mental Health & Substance Use (WMS/COS/MCIT)

OVERVIEW

The Manager, WMS, COS & MCIT (Mental Health and Substance Use Services) is responsible for ensuring that patient care and services are delivered in accordance with the hospital’s vision and strategic goals. This position is responsible for leading the teams at Withdrawal Management Services, Community Outreach Services, and the Mobile Crisis team. This is achieved in collaboration with practice leaders and other departments by providing patient and family centered care, encouraging people, ensuring value, and inspiring innovation.

The Manager consistently uses best practices in: leadership, business management innovation, planning and goal setting, process enhancement and standardization, project and change management, team development and performance, communication and problem solving.
