Manager, Mechanical Design & Energy

You as a Manager, Mechanical Design & Energy will:

• Works with the design and construction team to prepare conceptual mechanical design and energy efficiency solutions for Design Build and P3 (DBFM) projects based on the project performance requirements and EllisDon pursuit team direction and strategies.
• Able to provide design‑assist input from a facility cost of ownership (life cycle) perspective which result in greater system efficiency and lowest net present costs
• Able to apply innovative building systems technologies and services to a cost effective solution and in compliance with Client requirements
• Has P3 market specialization with significant experience in developing P3 infrastructure solutions from a Design Build and Service Provider perspective
• Works with EllisDon Design Build and Facility Services Team on required energy modeling inputs for the generation of the facility energy target, and manages the process to dev...
