Position Summary Statement:

The MarketingProgram Manager is responsible for a group of project managers and analysts to ensure that client projects are successfully accomplished from start to finish, including implementing processes to ensure excellence in execution. He/she partners with team leaders to develop strategies for the agency’s global new business growth. Mentors and supervises direct reports across tenure building strong teams and conducting performance reviews.

This role should bring value to our clients by analyzing, solving, and presenting viable integrated solutions to client problems.
