Job Description
Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Manager, Marketing Communications for an initial 12-month contract with a high possibility of extension and conversion. This role is 5 days a month in the office in downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and deliver strategic direct marketing campaigns for credit cards, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Cards Engagement & Retention, Product, Digital, Database Marketing) and external vendors (e.g., marketing agencies, media partners) to manage deliverables and creative development.
Creative Development and Compliance: Oversee the creative process, ensuring adherence to CIBC's brand guidelines and securing necessary internal approvals, including legal and compliance reviews.
