WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Major Initiatives is a regulatory-focused section within the Capital Markets Chief Operating Office (COO) business. This is led by the Business Transformation (BT) team which manages major regulatory reform within the Capital Markets business.The role will require finance advisory as a strategic co-pilot to the COO team and for each large program. This opportunity will appeal to individuals who want to work in a fast-paced area that has significant visibility and a high profile across RBC (especially within Capital Markets).
