MANAGER, LONG TERM CARE NORTH PEACE

Responsibilities

• The Manager, Long Term Care, is responsible and accountable for the North Peace Care Centre, overseeing all aspects of operations.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate service delivery systems, staff configuration systems, policies, procedures, and quality and risk management programs.
• Supervise staff and ensure residents receive optimal care that protects their health, safety, and well‑being while promoting independence.
• Collaborate and participate with staff, program managers, physicians, licensing bodies, and other community care givers to achieve care goals.

Benefits

Starting salary will be approximately from $132,169 to $163,073, based on education, training, experience, reporting structure, and salaries of similar positions.
